TINKER COFFEE CO. PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: November 2, 2026

Tinker Coffee Co., LLC (“Tinker Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to paves.shop (the “Website”), our mobile app, our email and text message programs, and your communications with us about online orders. It does not apply to our wholesale ordering portal, catering, or technical services, which are governed by the agreements for those services. Purchases made in person at our cafes are processed through our point-of-sale provider, whose privacy policy also applies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, subscribe, join our email or text message list, submit a review, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order details, account login, subscription preferences, and the content of your messages.

2.2. Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited information such as the card type, last four digits, and payment confirmation. For subscriptions, our subscription provider stores your payment method so that recurring orders can be billed.

2.3. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website or use the app, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, items viewed or added to cart, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 3.

2.4. Mobile app information. If you use our app, we collect your order and pickup history, rewards activity, gift card balances and transactions, and a device token so we can send push notifications if you enable them. If you allow location access, the app may use your location to show nearby cafes.

2.5. Information from third parties. We may receive information from our service providers (for example, delivery status from shipping carriers, or fraud screening results from our ecommerce platform) and from advertising platforms about how our ads performed.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

3.1. What we use. We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies in three categories:

  • Essential: required to operate the Website, keep you logged in, remember your cart, process checkout, and protect against fraud. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
  • Advertising: allow us and our advertising partners to show you ads for Tinker Coffee on other websites and apps based on your visit, and to measure ad performance. We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads for this purpose.

3.2. Your choices. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie preferences tool where it is displayed, through your browser settings, and through the opt-out tools offered by Google (including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and Google’s Ads Settings) and Meta (through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences). We also honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 9.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process and fulfill orders, including payment, shipping, and delivery notifications
  • Manage your account and subscriptions, including recurring billing and renewal reminders
  • Operate our mobile app, rewards program, and gift cards
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support
  • Send marketing emails and text messages, where you have opted in
  • Personalize your experience and show you relevant offers
  • Measure and improve the Website, app, products, and marketing
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

5. Email Marketing

If you opt in to our email list, or make a purchase and do not opt out, we may send you emails about new coffees, promotions, and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and subscription notices.

6. Text Message Program

6.1. Opting in. If you sign up for our text message program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Tinker Coffee at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

6.2. Information we collect. When you opt in, we collect your mobile number, the date, time, and method of your opt-in, and your responses to our messages. We use a third-party text messaging provider to send messages on our behalf.

6.3. No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with service providers who help us operate the program is limited to what is necessary to send and manage messages. Opt-in consent for text messages is not shared with any third party.

6.4. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@paves.shop. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. How We Share Information

7.1. Service providers. We share personal information with companies that perform services on our behalf, including:

7.3. Business transfers. If Tinker Coffee is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7.4. With your direction. We share information when you ask us to, such as when you send a gift to another person.

7.5. Public reviews. If you submit a review, it may be displayed publicly along with the name you provide.

8. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information for Advertising

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we use advertising cookies and pixels from Google and Meta that collect information about your activity on the Website and share it with those companies so they can show you ads for Tinker Coffee on other sites and apps and measure results. Under some state privacy laws, including California’s, this kind of disclosure is considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. The categories involved are identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP address), device information, and browsing and shopping activity on the Website.

You can opt out of this sharing at any time by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of the Website, by adjusting your cookie preferences, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1. Rights under state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share, and access a copy of it
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Receive a portable copy of personal information you provided to us
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

9.2. How to submit a request. Email info@paves.shop with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call (317) 438-5728. Tell us which right you want to exercise and the email address or phone number associated with your account or orders. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of that authorization.

9.3. Verification. To protect your information, we will verify your identity before responding, usually by confirming details associated with your account or recent orders. We will respond within 45 days, and will let you know if we need more time.

9.4. Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and stating that you wish to appeal. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state attorney general.

9.5. Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser from which the signal is sent.

9.6. Marketing choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and from text messages by replying STOP. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. In general, we keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle returns, support, tax, and accounting obligations. We keep marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we keep a record of opt-outs so we can honor them. We may keep information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on our ecommerce and payment providers’ security practices for checkout and payment data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. You must be at least 18 to make a purchase. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@paves.shop and we will delete it.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website and app may link to third-party websites and services, including social media, our ecommerce platform, and our app platform. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the Website or by email before the changes take effect.
